This draft describes how the website of Zeeta Grants Consulting, LLC currently handles information. It should be reviewed by the owner (and legal counsel if desired) before launch.
What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, organization, email address, phone number (if you provide it), service of interest, and message.
When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and, if you provide them, your name, organization, and the topics you're interested in. When you register for an event, we collect your name, email address, organization, number of attendees, and any notes you add. When you submit news for publication, we collect your name, email address, organization, and the news content and link you send.
How it's used
Your submission is stored securely in our private staff inbox so we can respond to your inquiry. Only approved staff accounts can access it. An email notification to info@zeetagrantsusa.com is also attempted. We do not sell your information.
We use sign-up details only to send the updates you asked for, and event registrations only to manage that event and contact you about it. News you submit is reviewed by staff and is published only if approved; your email address is never published. To unsubscribe or have your details removed, email info@zeetagrantsusa.com.
The Grant Assistant answers general questions about grants. Your conversation is saved in your own browser by default, and the questions you type are sent to an AI service to produce an answer. If you choose “Save privately” from your signed-in client dashboard, we store a private copy linked to your account. Only when you explicitly share that copy can approved staff, including Tony and Emmanuel, read it. New messages are not shared automatically. You can stop sharing at any time; this removes staff access while keeping your private dashboard copy. Please don’t include confidential, personal, or identifying details in that conversation.
If you choose to share your Grant Fit Checker results from your client dashboard, we store your answers, account email, and sharing date for review by approved staff, including Tony and Emmanuel. Your chat conversation is not included. You can replace your shared results or stop sharing from your dashboard; stopping sharing removes that saved result from the staff workspace.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Submissions are stored in a private database that only approved staff accounts can access after signing in; they are never shown on public pages. Access keys for our database, email, and AI services are kept on the server and are never exposed in the browser. We keep information only as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver services, or meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Lovable Cloud stores inquiry details and draft replies. Our email delivery service processes notification messages. Staff may use an AI service to categorize your message and draft a response; staff review replies before sending. The public Grant Assistant uses the same AI service to answer general questions.
Please don't send confidential information
Please avoid including sensitive or confidential details in the form. We can arrange a secure way to share documents if needed.
